Clear-Pak^® Bio-Containers

Clear-Pak^® bio-containers are available in a range of sizes up to 1,000L.Clear-Pak^® is a single-web film in a multi-layer, co-extruded format. Clear-Pak^® provides excellent gas barrier properties to minimize a shift in Ph for greater stability of contents.

Freeze-Pak^™ Bio-Containers

Freeze-Pak^™ bio-containers are designed for use in ultra-low temperature applications. Freeze-Pak™ is suitable for long term storage of cellular and non-cellular materials.

Bio-Pak^® XL Bio-Containers

The Charter Medical Bio-Pak^® XL series containers are an efficient and cost- effective alternative to large tanks and carboys for sterile fluid containment and processing. The single use Bio-Pak^® XL bags eliminate the issues surrounding cleaning validation, storage and sterilizing of traditional containers. In addition, they are lightweight, easy to fill, and easier to handle than large glass or steel tanks. The Bio-Pak^® XL Plus containers include built-in 0.22um hydrophilic filters. Bio-Pak^® XL containers can be custom-configured with the right combination of inlets, tubing, filters and sampling outlets to suit a specific process. Compared to steel tanks —which require custom assembly and sterilization before each use—these pre-assembled bags represent a tremendous time saving. (Available in sizes up to 1000L and larger for custom applications.)

Contour Tank Liners

Charter Medical's Contour Tank Liners are a cost-effective alternative to dedicated tanks & carboys. Contour liners reduce cleaning validation and sterilizing of traditional containers. Most importantly, because they are single use, the problem of cross-contamination between different products is reduced. One rigid plastic container equipped with a fresh liner can be used to process and mix a variety of different products.

Bio-Trans Totes

Charter Medical offers application-designed, mobile totes mounted on durable, non-marking wheels. These stainless steel totes hold the flexible bags plus outlet tubing in a self-contained, wheeled unit that can even be safely transported by forklift. A unique bottom outlet system allows fast flow rates and minimal container holdup volume.
